From MVP to a modern eCommerce platform
Now an acquired company that most Americans know by name, LifeProof was once an up-and-coming startup preparing to launch a highly anticipated iPhone protective case. With a launch insight and closing in, LifeProof engaged us to revamp their ecommerce website. Against tight deadlines we made overarching changes to both the site and the branding. Important was for the branding to identify what the case allowed consumers to do with it – go anywhere. To bring the “Proof” to life the homepage illustrated four everyday elements that the case protected your iPhone from: water, dirt, snow and shock. Illustrated, color-coded icons and lifestyle vignettes brought these proofs to life. Consumers could now quickly connect what life-proofing their iPhone meant – whether it be at play, at home, at work or just about anywhere else. The results: a massive launch, consumer awareness and acquirement by Colorado-based consumer electronics company Otterbox.
