Launching a New Brand With a Consistent Digital Presence & eCommerce Platform
Donjoy has been around since 1978. With an established knee brace business selling to doctors and physical therapists, the company was looking to tap into a new market. They were looking to sell their products direct to consumers. With their product launch into national retail sporting goods stores quickly approaching, they tapped our team to build an online shopping experience.
With a condensed time frame, we went to work through a rapid design process. The result was a custom eCommerce site consistent with brand’s style guide. The site included multiple shopping flows to navigate through. This allowed shoppers to explore and find the right brace for their needs. The fully responsive experience enabled shoppers at stores to compare products online. The site was launched on time, the new product line helping Donjoy to establish a new brand and reach a new audience.
